During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the warm and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The proximity to the hot springs was great, just a short walk away. the shuttle buses made transportation to and from the mountain easy and hassle-free.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. The breakfast options were mainly Chinese and somewhat limited.

Great hot springs and hospitable staff. My family and I had a lovely Christmas stay at this hotel. the hot springs were definitely the highlight of our trip, included with our stay and very enjoyable. the staff was also very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. the hotel location was also convenient, with easy access to shuttle buses and other attractions.

Poor communication and difficult access.
